Dr. Dykstra was invited as a keynote speaker for the Novedades Agricola DASA meeting in Ciudad Obregon, Mexico. He presented three talks entitled “¿Por Qué Los Insectos No Atacan a las Plantas Sanas?”, “Conductividad Eléctrica del Suelo”, and “Sucesión de Insectos en Árboles de Cítricos con Diferentes Niveles de Salud”.

Dr. Dykstra had a consulting job in Fort Pierce, FL concerning wood destroying organisms.

Dr. Dykstra was asked to present a sequence of (4) Brix presentations at Cheney Lake Watershed in South Hutchinson, KS . All four presentations were given two days in a row and were entitled “An Introduction to Insects and Brix”, “Insect Succession Corresponding to Levels of Tree Health”, “A Review of Plant Brix”, and “Raising Brix and Lowering Brix”.

Dr. Dykstra was invited to an exclusive farming conference entitled “Managing Diseases & Pests using Minerals & Biology to Produce Nutrient Dense Food” in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  His presentations were entitled “Leaf Brix, Root Brix, Stem Brix, and Fruit Brix” as well as “Why are Farm Profits Decreasing?”
