Dr. Dykstra attended the 26th Annual Meeting of the Society for Scientific Exploration  at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.  Hepresented a talk entitled “Insects and Sick Plants” as well as a poster, “Can Dielectric Antenna Theory Help Explain Insect Olfaction?” Dr. Dykstra serves as Secretary of the SSE.

Dr. Dykstra attended the annual meeting of the Association for Chemoreception Sciences in Sarasota, FL.  He presented a poster entitled “Movement of pheromone into insect olfactory sensillae.”

Dr. Dykstra attended the Southeastern Branch meeting of the Entomological Society of America in Knoxville, TN.  He presented a talk entitled “Electromagnetic fields influence behavior in cat flea larvae, Ctenocephalides felis.”
